My Inspired Penny Journey

My passion for financial empowerment began in high school when I volunteered in the business office, handling cash deposits and financial records. Growing up, I watched my single mother work two jobs to support my sister and me on a modest income. Despite her challenges, she always managed to save for birthdays and holidays, showing me the power of planning, discipline, and budgeting. This principle stuck with me: if I wanted something, I needed to save for it.

 In my 20s, I adopted the habit of “paying myself first,” prioritizing savings to grow over time. As my career
progressed, I remained committed to budgeting, saving, and living within my means—habits that became the foundation for my financial stability and success.
